3. Purchases and Refunds

  • Purchases of virtual goods, including in-game items and subscriptions, are final and non-refundable.
  • Fraudulent use of payment methods will result in account suspension and possible legal action.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for legitimate purchases will result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban from all Sanctum Network services. All sales are final.

If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge or billing error, you must contact us at sanctumnetwork.1@gmail.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We will work with you in good faith to resolve legitimate issues.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action to recover losses, fees, and damages.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Sanctum Network services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Georgia, United States, or remotely via video conference if both parties agree.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Each party shall bear their own costs and attorneys' fees, unless the arbitrator awards costs and fees to the prevailing party.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

To the extent that arbitration does not apply, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Force Majeure

Sanctum Network shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by Sanctum Network, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sanctum Network concerning your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
