Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it for five days after delivery for a full refund. Buyer must pay return shipping, unless the item recieved does not match the order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original condition with undamaged packaging
- Must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery .
How to Return
- Contact us at sanctumnetwork.1@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely with the original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return address
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-10 business days after we approve your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was broken during shipping or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Supporter ranks and digital products, such as 'Webpage Template' or 'Dev Ops', are not eligible for returns.
